Most of the photos in this page are not mine. They are photos that I liked or I found interesting. I don't have any right on these photos, I haven't asked for that neither.. They are simply pages of a newspaper, magazine or book and I kept them in an album. Many thanks to various medias and agencies -in particular TIME, FT, AP, AFP, Reuters, GETTY Images, to individual photographers, museums, journals - in particular NYT and Kathimerini, web magazines and websites - in particular LensCulture, and many others.

Jan.17, 2016 - Places I've never been. Each of the images that conform this series is composed of a large number of photographs of an specific place. These hundreds of points of view are displayed in each of my pictures in superposed, almost transparent, layers. Like a big puzzle, I try to reconstruct with the information that each image has the totality of the space that is unknown to me. The battle takes place between two groups, a group of married men called 'Els Enfarinats' which take the control of the village for one day pronouncing a whole host of ridiculous laws and fining the citizens that infringe them and then another group called 'La Oposicio' which try to restore order. At the end of the day the money collected from the fines is donated to charitable causes in the village.
